They did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend your company for any future removal and installation of stair railings. They worked efficiently, quickly and cleaned up afterwards removing the old railings and debris.

I am not one who usually provides reviews. However, Tom and the StairSteps team absolutely are worthy of a 5 star rating. If I could give them 5 more, I would!

Most contractors will just take a quick look and give us a number, but Tom took the time to understand what we wanted and what our expectations were. It made me feel really confident to be part of the process.

From our first meeting with Tom we knew he was the person for the job. Professional and personable he assured us we would not be disappointed. From start to finish the two installers were amazing!

The work was excellent! The Guys did a great job on the install from start to finish. Very tough to match a flooring with 2-3 depths of colour/Stain but they nailed it.

From start to finish my experience with StairSteps was excellent! Great team of true pros at StairSteps and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
